Questions providers ask

Before you submit.

Is listing a scholarship really free?
Yes — forever. Submitting and publishing your scholarship is free. You appear in search results, your category pages, and the matcher feed. Basic view counts are included at no cost. Featured placement and richer analytics are in private beta with a small group of partner providers — get in touch if you'd like to be considered.
What does "Featured" placement actually mean?
Featured listings appear in the top section of relevant category and search pages with a small bronze "Featured" mark. Pro providers get up to 3 featured slots; Enterprise scales further. Every featured listing is also marked clearly to students as a sponsored placement — we never disguise it.
How does the Enterprise lead generation work?
Enterprise providers receive contact details only for students who (a) saved or started an application for your scholarship and (b) explicitly opted in to be contacted by your organization. Consent is logged with timestamp and IP per POPIA / GDPR. No consent, no contact data — full stop.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paystack (Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer — great for African organizations and supports NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, USD) and Stripe (international cards, invoicing for Enterprise). Annual billing available on request with a 12% discount.
How long does organization verification take?
Scholarship listings are reviewed within 24 hours. Full organization verification (which unlocks the verified-org badge and Featured eligibility) takes 2–3 business days after you upload a registration certificate, official letterhead, or government accreditation.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my listings?
Paid tiers are still in private beta with a small group of partner providers — billing isn't self-service yet. If you're already in the beta and want to step out, email us and we'll wind it down honestly; your listings stay live on the free tier.
Do you list paid or partial scholarships?
Yes. Partial scholarships, tuition-only awards, fellowships and research grants are all welcome, as long as the award value is real and the application URL is direct. We reject anything that requires students to pay an application fee to a third-party agent or "scholarship consultant."
Universities, foundations, NGOs, government agencies welcome.
A sentence is fine. The more specific, the faster we can help.
We reply within one business day. No newsletter signup, no autoresponder thread, no follow-up sales sequence.
